Ashwagandha Extract

Ashwagandha is a plant whose roots and berries are used for medicinal purposes. Ashwagandha is used for arthritis, anxiety, trouble sleeping (insomnia), tumors, tuberculosis, and asthma, bronchitis, backache, fibromyalgia, menstrual problems, hiccups, and chronic liver disease. Ashwagandha is also applied over the skin surfaces to treat wounds and backaches. Yet there are insufficient evidences about its medical properties but it remains to play an important role in the Indian medicine industry.
